It's true that Hispanic is not a race. Just think of Spanish speaking and Catholic Argentinian of German or Polish descent vs. a dark mestitzo from the Yucatan. Nonetheless, the term Hispanic is used, or rather missused, to designate anyone from Latin America and Iberia out of conveniance.
if whites are truly a superior race, why are Hispanic women hotter than their Nordic counterpart? Black hair in white people are a Celtic coloring trait. Visit Wales, my dear, and you will find many, many black-haired women with blue and green eyes AND blonde women with dark brown eyes. Stevie Nicks is the perfect example as well as Catherine-Zeta Jones (although her eyes are brown as well).

Yes black hair does appear in the Belgian and FirBolg tribes, which were pale people of Celtic background, north of Gaul.
As for east Europe, the pale skin and black hair appears almost predominantly in women, because they are Amazon nobility.

Hispanic women aren't hotter. Think about it. Hispanic women have brown/black stomach chest back & facial hair, white women have hardly any body or facial hair. A lot of hispanics have larger noses that tend to have bumps & aren't so straight or simply almost flat to the face. Pure Nordics have small straight nose that are kind of longer in appearance then other white people. Hispanics are normally shorter, small funny heads & pronounced brow bone (kind of like a cave man). Nordics are talk lean & slender yet curvaceous. They have slightly longer baby faces with no pronounced brow bone. Hispanics only have dark hair & brown eyes unless they are mixed with white. Nordics can have a huge verity of hair colours & eye colours but most commonly had blonde or brown hair & were blue eyed. All nordics had fair skin with either neutral or pink undertones. So as you can clearly see hispanics are not hotter than whites especially nordics. The only time hispanics are hot is if they are mixed with someone white or black.
A blond with slant-ish light coloured eyes has the quintessential Nordic phenotype. Take a walk around any major city or village in Sweden or Norway and this is very much the norm.
